Submission Formats

Participants have two submission options:

1. Abstract Only: Submit an abstract for consideration without the intention of submitting a full paper. Please specify "Abstract Only" when submitting. Additionally, indicate your preference for either an oral or poster presentation.

• Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

2. Abstract and subsequent Full Paper: If you plan to submit a full paper, you must first submit an abstract. After the abstract is accepted, you can proceed with the full paper submission. Please indicate your intention to submit a full paper when initially submitting the abstract. Additionally, specify your preference for an oral or poster presentation during the abstract submission process.

Full papers should not exceed 8 pages.

Full paper submissions must be in Microsoft Word or LaTeX.

• Extended deadline for abstract submission : 16 November 2025
• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: 28 November 2025
• Deadline for full paper submission (after abstract acceptance): 16 January 2026
• Authors registration deadline: 27 March 2026

Accepted Papers

Accepted papers will be published with an open-access licence in the conference proceedings by Research Publishing Services, Singapore. Full accepted papers will be indexed in CrossRef and further submitted for indexing in Scopus, EI, and ISI Web of Science.

Additionally, selected extended works will be considered for publication in special issues of top international peer-reviewed journals.

Each registered author is entitled to the publication of up two papers.

Authors registration will close on March 27, 2026.

Papers without a registered author will be removed from the conference agenda and will not be published in the conference proceedings.
